- Cooked and shredded chicken1 cup
- Grated raw carrots1 unit(s)
- Corn and Peas to taste
- Minced ham1 cup
- Green olives to taste
- Raisins (optional) to taste
- Straw Potato1 cup
- Mayonnaise, olive oil and herb salt for seasoning to taste
- Mix the first 6 ingredients, season with salt and olive oil to taste.
- Add the mayonnaise and the potato straw, mix again.
- Place in a refractory and decorate with lettuce and cherry tomato (optional). Serve with rice or pasta.
