Ingredients

• Chayote chopped into strips | 2 unit(s)
• Water | 1 l
• Boiled quail egg | 4 unit(s)
• Olive oil | 2 tablespoon
• Salt | 1 dessert spoon
• Corn | 1 cup

Recipe

1. Cook the chayote until it is soft but consistent, put it in a bowl and set aside.
2. Chop the eggs in half along with the chayote, plus the corn, the oil and the salt and mix well.
