  • Aipim/Cassava500 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
  • Parsley1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  1. Peel and cut the cassava into small pieces. Cut as you would a salad potato. Remember to remove the middle.
  2. Cook in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a shallow plate and wait for it to cool.
  3. After cooling, add the chopped onion, salt and the remaining parsley.
  4. Mix taking care not to turn into a puree.
  5. Once mixed, add the mayonnaise and mix again. Store in the fridge until serving time.
