Carrot

Descasque a cenoura e depois passe a em um ralador

Peel the carrot and then pass it on a grater

Escorra a água do palmito e os pique em rodelinhas

Drain the water from the hearts of palm and cut them into slices

Coloque a cenoura e o palmito em uma Travessa 

Place the carrot and heart of palm on a platter

Adicione  o sal,o azeite e o Suco do limão e misture bem,já está pronto 

Add salt, olive oil and lemon juice and mix well, it's ready
