- Buffalo mozzarella | 200 g
- Sweet tomato | 200 g
- Basil | 1 cup
- Olive oil | 1/4 cup
- Salt | 1 to taste
- Walnuts or other nut | 6 unit(s)
- Put the basil, olive oil, salt and hit the blender.
- If it's hard to beat, add more oil.
- Add the walnuts or chestnuts and beat a little, but still leave in small pieces.
