Ingredients
- Italian tomato | 1 unit(s)
- Buffalo mozzarella (ball) | 2 unit(s)
- Fresh Basil | to taste
- Olive oil | to taste
- Fleur de sel (If you don't have salt, use salt) | to taste
Recipe
- Wash the tomato and then make several cuts without reaching the end. (As in the photo).
- Cut the buffalo mozzarella and place it inside the tomato with a basil leaf. Do the same for all the tomato cuts.
- Place on a plate and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle fleur de sel on top. (If you don't have fleur de sel, you can grind coarse salt).
- Serve and bon appetit.
