- Pepperoni1/2 coffee spoon
- Wine Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Salt and Oil to taste
- Place the arugula leaves on a plate, add the buffalo cheese, I used the mini. Add the tomato cut in half, the walnut pieces and the grated Parmesan cheese.
- In a small bowl, add the wine vinegar, red pepper, salt and a drizzle of olive oil. I mixed it well and then put it on top of the salad when it was time to serve.
