Squeezed Sicilian Lemon
Fresh chopped dill
Salt and pepper
1 to taste
For the sauce: mix lemon yoghurt, avocado, dill, salt and pepper. Reserve.
On a platter, intersperse the arugula leaves and endives and endives.
Serve with the sauce on the side and accompanied by grilled chicken.
