- Grated Parmesan4 tablespoon
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)

- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Sauce: Chop the anchovies and garlic, after finely chopped, fry with a drizzle of olive oil until the garlic begins to brown. Place the anchovies with garlic in a refractory and mix the mayonnaise, parmesan, lemon juice and pepper. Taste to see if the salt is good and set aside.
- Croutons: Cut the bread into cubes and brown with the oil, pepper and salt until crispy, about 5 minutes and set aside.
- Mounting: Chop the lettuce in a bowl and put the Caesar Sauce, mix well. Put the croutons, without mixing, and finish with grated parmesan. Serve immediately so the lettuce and croutons remain crispy.
