  • Anchovy / Aliche | 2 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 1 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise | 4 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan | 4 tablespoon
  • Lemon | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Bread | 2 unit(s)
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Olive oil |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Sauce: Chop the anchovies and garlic, after finely chopped, fry with a drizzle of olive oil until the garlic begins to brown. Place the anchovies with garlic in a refractory and mix the mayonnaise, parmesan, lemon juice and pepper. Taste to see if the salt is good and set aside.
  2. Croutons: Cut the bread into cubes and brown with the oil, pepper and salt until crispy, about 5 minutes and set aside.
  3. Mounting: Chop the lettuce in a bowl and put the Caesar Sauce, mix well. Put the croutons, without mixing, and finish with grated parmesan. Serve immediately so the lettuce and croutons remain crispy.
