Ingredients

• shredded cabbage | 1 unit(s)
• Chopped Pepper | 1 to taste
• Chopped tomato | 1 unit(s)
• Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
• Salt | 1 to taste
• Vinegar | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

1. Finely chop the cabbage. Wash in running water, wash in the pasta colander to make it easier. Let the water drain.
2. Finely chop the pepper too. Cut the tomato into cubes.
3. Add the cabbage and then season it with vinegar, oil and salt.
