- Lemon to taste
- Salt to taste
- First cut all the cabbage very thin and grate the carrot.
- Then in the pan put the butter and garlic and give a small fry very lightly.
- Then put the carrot and give it a little softened then put the cabbage stir well and put the salt to taste and mix.
