- Cabbage to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Pass the cabbage down the drain, at the thickest part.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
- In a platter, place the salt, lemon, olive oil and the green smell and mix.
- Add the cabbage and tamate and mix well.
