Pique o repolho e a cenoura se preferir pique em pedacinhos bem pequeno ou rale a cenoura.

Em uma panela coloque a manteiga e leve para o fogo assim que toda a manteiga derreter acrescente o repolho picado e a cenoura cortada em cubinhos bem pequeno ou ralada em seguida é só refogar normalmente de 3 a 5 minutos.
