- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Steam broccoli, or you can use frozen broccoli
- After cooking, just chop into smaller pieces and set aside.
- Cut the onion and tomato into small pieces
- In a container mix the broccoli, onion, tomato, green corn, lemon juice and olive oil, put the salt and that's it!
