  • Medium cauliflower with whole branches1 unit(s)
  • Water to cover1 cup
  • Beaten and seasoned eggs2 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Zazon2 to taste
  • Wheat1/2 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Paper towel3 unit(s)
  1. First, in a pan, add a pinch of salt, zazon and cauliflower to the water and let it cook. Approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Take two containers, put the eggs, season (salt and zazon) and hit with a fork, and in the other container put the wheat.
  3. Remove the cauliflower from the heat and place in a colander and let the water drain well and cool a little.
  4. Then pass the seasoned egg and then the wheat.
  5. Take a frying pan, put oil on medium heat and let the oil heat up.
  6. Take the cauliflower already passed in the eggs and wheat and put it in the frying pan to fry. Let it fry until golden and remove.
  7. Place on a plate with paper towel to drain some of the oil and it's ready, just delight yourself.
