- Medium cauliflower with whole branches1 unit(s)
- Water to cover1 cup
- Beaten and seasoned eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Zazon2 to taste
- Wheat1/2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Paper towel3 unit(s)
- First, in a pan, add a pinch of salt, zazon and cauliflower to the water and let it cook. Approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
- Take two containers, put the eggs, season (salt and zazon) and hit with a fork, and in the other container put the wheat.
- Remove the cauliflower from the heat and place in a colander and let the water drain well and cool a little.
- Then pass the seasoned egg and then the wheat.
- Take a frying pan, put oil on medium heat and let the oil heat up.
- Take the cauliflower already passed in the eggs and wheat and put it in the frying pan to fry. Let it fry until golden and remove.
- Place on a plate with paper towel to drain some of the oil and it's ready, just delight yourself.
