  • Recipe
  • Cooked and peeled pine nuts500 g
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasonings (I used green smell and Chimichurri) to taste
  1. Heat the skillet with the oil
  2. Saute onion and garlic until golden
  3. Add the cooked and peeled pine nuts and give a light "fry" until the flavor is incorporated.
  4. Add seasonings and serve to taste.
