In a pan over low heat, place a thread of oil, tomato, onion and cilantro, wick and cover so that the tomato and onion cook a little.
Then add the cabbage, salt and oregano and stir.
The right point of this salad depends on the taste of each one, if you like the cabbage softer, wait between 5 to 6 minutes for cooking. If you like it more crispy with 3 min you can turn it off.
