- Vinegar | 1 teaspoon
- Oil | 1 teaspoon
- Salt | to taste
Recipe
- First, cook the beets in the pressure cooker with just water, let it cook for approximately 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove from pressure, wait for the beets to cool, peel them and cut into slices.
- Place on a plate or bowl and season with vinegar, oil and salt then serve.
