em uma vasilha cozinha as batatas ate que fique macia ao dente com uma colher de sal

depois de cozida com a palma da mão você amaça elas

mistura o alecrim com o alho a cebola roxa picada bem pequeno e o azeite e deixa descansando

em uma forma para levar no forno arruma as batatas esmagada no tabuleiro, aquela efusão de temperos espalha por cima das batatas , coloca mais azeite em cima espalhe o sal grosso por cima e o alho torrado .

leva para o forno em fogo alto por 40 minutos
