Ingredients

arugula200 g
Grated Parmesan100 g
Tomato2 unit(s)
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Honey1 tablespoon
Mustard1 tablespoon
Lemon1/2 unit(s)

Place the washed and sanitized arugula on a platter.
Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts and take it to air fryer seasoned with salt and pepper and olive oil! Leave it there until they cook well to the point of dried tomato you can buy it ready too
Place the roasted tomatoes under the salad and prepare the dressing.
Mix honey, mustard, lemon, salt and pepper! Season the salad and it's ready.
