Wash and dry the lettuce leaves well (I usually use half a head of lettuce). Cut into strips and place in the serving dish.
For the Caesar dressing, in a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard and olive oil evenly.
In the AirFryer or in the oven, toast the bread cut into squares (or buy ready-made croutons)
Season the lettuce with the juice of half a lemon, add the Caesar dressing and mix. Then add the toasted bread. Cut the cherry tomato in half and place on top just to decorate, sprinkle some grated cheese and serve.
