- Chicken wing drumstick1 kg

- Seasoning for poultry to taste
- Garlic to taste

- Season the wing drumsticks with your favorite seasonings. Suggestion: fine herbs, lemon, saffron, cumin, black pepper and paprika. Use salt to taste.
- Cut 3 cloves of garlic and 1 small onion and put it to fry in the pressure cooker with a thread of olive oil.
- Once they are golden, add the already seasoned chicken and let it fry.
- Cover the pan and as soon as it starts to give pressure, mark 20 minutes. It is not necessary to add water, the chicken will already release enough water.
- After 20 minutes, turn off the heat and mix once more. Tip: add chopped parsley for an extra flavor.
