  • Herbs (parsley, coriander, rosemary) to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Red onion1 unit(s)
  • White onion1 unit(s)
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Orange1 unit(s)
  • Honey to taste
  1. Important: the turkey breast must be completely thawed Start by chopping the garlic and herbs, season with salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Add the butter preparing a paste and use half of it on the entire surface of the turkey breast, set aside.
  3. Cut the onion and caramelize it in a pan using butter or olive oil. Make a bed on the platter with this caramelized onion, place the turkey breast on top, wrap the platter with aluminum foil and take it to the oven preheated to 230°C for 1 hour.
  4. After this time, remove the foil, spread the rest of the herb butter paste over the turkey breast and put it back in the oven until golden.
  5. After browning, remove it from the oven and remove the protective saddle.
  6. To make this recipe even more delicious, prepare a sauce using the broth from the turkey breast, taking it to a pan and adding the orange juice and honey. Wait for it to reduce a little and strain. Serve on a nice platter and decorate it as you like (I used rosemary and cherry tomato). Finally, pour the sauce over it and enjoy!!
