- Butter4 tablespoon

- Honey to taste
- Important: the turkey breast must be completely thawed Start by chopping the garlic and herbs, season with salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
- Add the butter preparing a paste and use half of it on the entire surface of the turkey breast, set aside.
- Cut the onion and caramelize it in a pan using butter or olive oil. Make a bed on the platter with this caramelized onion, place the turkey breast on top, wrap the platter with aluminum foil and take it to the oven preheated to 230°C for 1 hour.
- After this time, remove the foil, spread the rest of the herb butter paste over the turkey breast and put it back in the oven until golden.
- After browning, remove it from the oven and remove the protective saddle.
- To make this recipe even more delicious, prepare a sauce using the broth from the turkey breast, taking it to a pan and adding the orange juice and honey. Wait for it to reduce a little and strain. Serve on a nice platter and decorate it as you like (I used rosemary and cherry tomato). Finally, pour the sauce over it and enjoy!!
