Ingredients

  • chicken thigh | 1 kg
  • crushed garlic | 3 unit(s)
  • salt | 1 to taste
  • rosemary | 1 to taste
  • sugar | 1 tablespoon
  • olive oil | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Take the thighs, remove the trimmings, if necessary, you can leave it with a spoon of vinegar or half a lemon squeezed in a liter of water for 10 minutes
  2. Season the thighs with garlic, salt, and crushed rosemary leaves.
  3. In a pan, put oil, let it heat up and add sugar, let it caramelize and add the chicken, on low heat let it brown, put half a cup of water, and let it cook on low heat, if necessary, add more water during cooking.
