- Pepper Jelly2 tablespoon
- pure honey2 tablespoon
- soy sauce1/2 cup
- fresh basil2 tablespoon
- Ginger Powder1 coffee spoon
- salt1 to taste
- chopped red pepper1 unit(s)
- cashew nuts100 g
- sesame1 tablespoon
- olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sauté the chicken in the oil with the garlic, onion and salt. Over low heat, cook until golden. In a skillet, toast the chestnuts over low heat and then caramelize with 1 tablespoon of honey, set aside. Add the other ingredients to the chicken, leave the fire very low and put the chestnuts with the sesame. Cook for another 5 minutes and it's done.
