Diced chicken500 g
Baked Sweet Potato500 g
Ricotta cream or sour cream1 can(s)
Black pepper to taste
Onion1 unit(s)
Tomato1 unit(s)
Milk1 cup
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste
Mozzarella cheese100 g
Garlic1 unit(s)
Butter to taste
Chives for garnish to taste

Cook the sweet potato, mash it and make a puree (with crushed garlic, butter and a little milk)
Sauté the chicken with the onion, tomato, pepper, salt and oil
Add ricotta cream (or sour cream)
In a refractory, make layers with the sweet potato puree and the chicken sauce
On top, finish with slices of sweet potato, cheese and chives.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes until the cheese is browned.
