  • Shoyu | 100 ml
  • Minced garlic | 80 g
  • Sesame oil | 30 ml
  • Child sake | 70 ml
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Season wings with salt and pepper to taste. Marinate wings with soy sauce, sake, garlic and sesame oil for 15 minutes Bread in potato starch Pre-fry at 170 degrees for 3 min Cool in the freezer for 10min Mix the potato starch with water and bread it again Fry for 3min at 180 degrees Serve with sweet pepper sauce
