- Shoyu | 100 ml
- Minced garlic | 80 g
- Sesame oil | 30 ml
- Child sake | 70 ml
- Salt | to taste
- Black pepper | to taste
Recipe
- Season wings with salt and pepper to taste. Marinate wings with soy sauce, sake, garlic and sesame oil for 15 minutes Bread in potato starch Pre-fry at 170 degrees for 3 min Cool in the freezer for 10min Mix the potato starch with water and bread it again Fry for 3min at 180 degrees Serve with sweet pepper sauce
