- Chicken breast cut into strips300 g
- Heart of palm sliced in slices3 unit(s)
- Sliced Canned Mushrooms5 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Fresh peas1/4 cup
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Hot water3/4 cup
- Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
- Chopped Parsley1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- In a pan heat the oil and butter and brown the chicken well, season with salt and pepper.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté. Add paprika, mustard, tomato sauce, water, salt and cook for about 7 minutes.
- Add the hearts of palm, mushrooms, peas, mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cream and parsley, mix and when it starts to boil turn off the heat. Serve immediately.
