  • chicken fillets4 unit(s)
  • garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • lemon1 unit(s)
  • Ready seasoning for poultry (optional) to taste
  • bacon100 g
  • cheese150 g
  • large red pepper1 unit(s)
  • medium onion1 unit(s)
  • olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Calabrian pepper and salt to taste to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for breading to taste
  1. Squeeze the lemon and pass the fillets in the juice
  2. Crush 4 cloves of garlic and season the fillets with them, pepper, salt and the ready-made seasoning.
  3. Reserve.
  4. In a pan, fry the diced bacon until golden brown
  5. Add the chopped pepper, cover the pan, lower the heat and leave for 2 minutes
  6. Add the chopped onion, mix and cook with the pan covered for another 3 minutes.
  7. Grate the cheese and quickly add the mixture.
  8. Turn off the heat and set aside.
  9. On a cutting board, open a fillet and place 2 tablespoons of the sautéed peppers in the center.
  10. Close the fillet and secure with cooking thread or toothpicks.
  11. Bread the fillets to taste with breadcrumbs.
  12. Repeat the procedure with the other fillets
  13. In a pan, heat the oil, place the chicken rolls and let them brown on both sides.
  14. Serve immediately.
