- Take the chicken breast and make cuts horizontally, not too deep.
- Season the chicken to your liking
- In the cuts put the cheese
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil, and place the tomatoes and rosemary. Sprinkle salt over the tomatoes.
