  • Chicken breast fillets500 g
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Panko Parinha or Almond Flour3 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoon
  • Light supplyable Catupiry cheese1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter3 tablespoon
  • Toothpicks.10 unit(s)
  1. With the tip of a knife cut the center of the chicken fillets without separating the halves, forming a "tunnel".
  2. Season the fillets with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
  3. Fill with catupiry (or other stuffing of your choice.)
  4. Close the side with toothpicks so the stuffing doesn't escape.
  5. Coat the fillets in beaten eggs and then in panko or almond flour mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Take it to the airfryer and drizzle with a little oil or butter to give it crunch. Leave for about 25 minutes at 180°, or until golden.
