  • Chicken breast cut in half1 unit(s)
  • Carrot1/2 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Bacon100 g
  • Fresh cream250 g
  • Dijon mustard1 tablespoon
  • Fresh Basil to taste
  1. Cut the chicken breast in half, turning into two half breasts and clean
  2. With the help of a knife, make a hole in the thickest part, without going through the chicken.
  3. Cut the carrots, peppers and bacon into strips and place the strips inside the chicken
  4. Close the hole with a toothpick and put it in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil to brown it on all sides.
  5. Reserve the grilled chicken. In the same skillet, add the mustard and cream.
  6. If your skillet can go in the oven, return the chicken to it and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. In case your skillet cannot go in the oven. Add the chicken and mustard sauce to an ovenproof container. And bake for 10 minutes
  8. Add the basil leaves and you're done.
