  • Chicken breast300 g
  • Small onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Vegetable oil or olive oil to taste
  • Skinless tomato2 unit(s)
  • Natural skimmed yogurt1 unit(s)
  • Ketchup2 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
  • paprika to taste
  • Colorau1 coffee spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped chives to taste
  1. Remove all skin and fat from the chicken breast, chop into cubes, season with salt and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in vegetable oil or olive oil, add the cubed chicken breast and leave it in the pan until it starts to brown, stirring slowly.
  3. Whisk the tomatoes until you get a sauce.
  4. Add the tomato sauce, paprika, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to the pan.
  5. Leave on low heat for five minutes, until it starts to boil.
  6. Add the yogurt and paprika and mix well, until everything is mixed, and cook for another five minutes.
  7. Adjust the salt.
  8. Serve with white rice and potato straw, or your preference.
  9. Enjoy your food!
