- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 cup
- Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Chicken broth1 unit(s)
- Oregano1 coffee spoon
- Chopped Parsley1/2 cup
- grated mozzarella cheese1 cup
- Cream cheese100 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Water if needed1/2 cup
- Season the chicken with pepper and salt. In a pan, brown the chicken in olive oil, add the garlic, onion, tomato and sauté a little longer. Add the tomato sauce, the chicken stock, the oregano. Let it boil for a few minutes. Add the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese and sour cream and stir until smooth and creamy. If necessary, add water. Serve with rice and potato sticks.
