- Chicken Breast500 g
- Tomato Sauce1 can(s)
- Sour Cream1 can(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Oil or Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Fry the garlic in the oil until golden. Place the diced chicken breast over low heat, stir well and leave for 3 to 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add the tomato sauce and adjust the salt.
- Add milk cream, stir well and leave for another 3 minutes and it will be ready to serve.
- TIP: As an accompaniment you can serve white rice and potato straw.
