  • Chicken fillet1 kg
  • Wheat flour4 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs4 tablespoon
  • Tomato Extract1 can(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Onion and garlic to taste
  • Milk100 ml
  • Salt to taste
  1. Season the chicken fillets according to your preference and add the milk.
  2. Mix the flours in a container and with the chicken moistened by the milk, coat the fillets
  3. With the hot oil in a frying pan, fry the breaded fillets
  4. Meanwhile, sauté the onion and garlic until golden, add the tomato paste and season to taste.
  5. On a platter, distribute the breaded fillets and place the mozzarella cheese on top, with the hot sauce distributed over everything.
  6. TIP* the sauce being very hot, it is not necessary to put it in the oven and it will keep the fillets crispy!
