- Garlic | 2 unit(s)
- Box of Sour Cream | 1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese | 1 cup
- Potato straw | 100 g
- Mozzarella cheese | 150 g
- Olive oil | 2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce | to taste
- Salt and pepper | to taste
Recipe
- Fry the onion, tomato and garlic in olive oil until golden, add the shredded chicken breast and mix, then add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and water, let it boil for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, add the cream of milk and mix with the sauce. In a refractory place the sauce and on top spread the curd and the mozzarella cheese, finally cover with potato straw, put in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes, remove and serve.
