- Chicken fillet on steaks500 g
- Peeled Tomato350 g
- Bacon200 g
- Carrot stick200 g
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper0 to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper - stuff it with bacon, pepperoni and carrots - close with a toothpick and reserve.
- Heat the oil and brown the chicken rolls - then add finely chopped onion and garlic, sauté well and add the peeled tomato - add a little water and cook in the pressure cooker for 8 minutes.
- Open the pan, remove the steaks - remove the toothpick from all of them and place them on a platter - cover with the sauce that was left in the pan and sprinkle with parsley.
