  • Turkey | 1 unit(s)
  • Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Fine Herb Mayonnaise | 4 tablespoon
  • Mustard | 4 tablespoon
  • Margarine | 2 tablespoon
  • Salt, Black Pepper, Chimichurri, Lemon Peper and Smoked Paprika |  to taste
  • Potatoes | 5 unit(s)
  • Carrot | 1 unit(s)
  • Cherry Tomato | 80 g
  • Garlic Clove | 10 unit(s)


  1. In a large bowl, place the turkey, the 4 cloves of crushed garlic, the herb mayonnaise, the mustard and the spices. Mix the spices well in the turkey and leave it to marinate overnight. Place the turkey in an ovenproof dish and add the seasoning from the bowl as well, bake with aluminum foil in the ovenproof dish until the turkey button pops, about 40 minutes.
  2. Place the potatoes, peeled and cut in half, and the carrot, peeled and cut into large slices, to cook until al dente. After 40 minutes, put some pieces of butter on the turkey and add the garlic cloves and cherry tomatoes to the ovenproof dish to roast for another 30 minutes.
