Roasted Chicken with Orange

- In a bowl, place the butter, salt, Garam Masala. Grate the garlic cloves and the zest of an orange on a fine grater and place in the same bowl. Mix everything to form a seasoned butter.
- Butter the chicken thighs, add the juice of the two oranges and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the onions into wedges, remove the seeds from the pepper and finely chop. Cut off the top of the garlic head.
- Place the chicken and other ingredients on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Place in the oven for 30 minutes to cook the chicken.
- Remove the foil and return the chicken to the oven until golden. Approximately 40 minutes.
