Roasted Chicken Thigh with Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Thigh over soxa | 6 unit(s)
  • Half kilo of Potatoes | 1/2 kg
  • Garlic to taste | 2 unit(s)
  • Seasoning herbs (cilantro, parsley, chives, bay leaf etc) | 5 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Clean the chicken thighs and season with garlic and seasoning herbs.
  2. Preheat oven to medium temperature for 10 minutes
  3. Grease the chicken thighs with the mayonnaise
  4. Place in a refractory or form covered by foil in the oven for 25 minutes.
  5. While the thighs are in the oven, cut the potatoes and boil for 15 min, just to pre-cook
  6. Remove the chicken thighs from the oven and add the pre-cooked potatoes, grease them with butter (or mayonnaise)
  7. Put the refractory with the thighs and potatoes back in the oven, this time remove the foil, for another 20 minutes.
