- Place the thighs and drumsticks in a bag. Then add all the seasonings that are in the description (but you can use seasonings to your liking), lemon juice, crushed garlic (these seasonings will be the chicken marinade), mix all the seasonings well so that the chicken gets the seasonings well . Add the mayonnaise and mix very well again. Close the bag and take it to the fridge for approximately 1 hour, this time will be great for the seasonings to get well on the thighs and drumsticks. In a baking dish place potatoes, carrots and onions cut into slices or petals, make a bed in the bottom of the baking dish with these vegetables. Then place the thighs and sobrethighs on top of these vegetables, spread the seasonings that were at the bottom of the bag. Cover with aluminum foil, bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Then remove the aluminum foil and take it to the oven again until golden. As soon as the thighs and drumsticks are golden brown, it's time to taste this delight.
