Bacon50 g
Pepperoni sausage50 g
Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
Onion1 unit(s)
Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Colorau1 teaspoon
Chimichurri without pepper1 teaspoon
Oregano1 teaspoon

CHICKEN SEASONING: It is already seasoned, but I added some seasonings on my own. It's to your liking.
12 hours before putting it in the oven, add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, paprika, oregano and chimichurri. Take it to the fridge.
In a pan, fry the chopped bacon and sausage with 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine.
Add the giblets that come with the chicken, finely chopped.
Fry well.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden.
Add the rest of the butter, and the flour, stir well until the flour is toasted and set aside!
Stuff the chicken with the farofa.
Tie the thighs with string and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Every 30 minutes on average, remove the chicken and drizzle it with broth from the chicken itself.
When the red piece rises, the chicken is ready. Enjoy your food!
