Roast chicken with mushrooms and chives

Combine all seasonings. Mix the inside and outside of the chicken well with your hands. Don't forget to salt.
Place in a container, cover with plastic wrap and leave to marinate for 6 hours.
Done that, put it in a refractory, cover with aluminum foil and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 30 min.
Remove the foil and distribute the mushrooms, tomatoes and chives around the chicken and return to the oven until golden.
Serve with a bacon farofa and salad of your choice.
