Ingredients

• Thigh | 700 g
• Season | 1 unit(s)
• Oregano | 1 tablespoon
• Onion | 1 unit(s)
• Pepperoni Pepper | 1 to taste

Recipe

1. Clean and season the chicken with garlic, pepperoni, and sazon
2. Let it marinate for a few minutes in the fridge.
3. In a refractory place the chicken and on top pour the sauce and mix.
4. Add oil and sliced onion.
5. Place in the oven and bake between 1:30 and 2:00 hours.
6. Once golden, remove from the oven and serve.
