  • Defrosted whole chicken without giblets2 kg
  • Chopped Garlic, Rosemary and Salt to taste
  • Olive oil, vinegar and mustard to taste
  • Orange1 unit(s)
  • Butter or margarine to taste
  1. Already in a form, add the butter or margarine inside the chicken skin
  2. Add oil, vinegar, two tablespoons of mustard and orange juice
  3. Then add the salt, rosemary and minced garlic.
  4. With a string, tie the chicken thighs and with a toothpick, attach the wings. Cover the tin with aluminum foil and let it rest for 1 hour.
  5. After resting, take the mold to a preheated oven at 180 degrees, after 40 minutes check if it is already cooked and leave it uncovered until golden
