- Boiled rice2 cup
- Shredded turkey (you can also use chicken)2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan4 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Mix the rice, turkey, eggs, parmesan, cottage cheese, green smell and flour until it becomes a uniform dough.
- Hit the salt, kingdom pepper and add the baking soda last. Mix.
- Fry the dumplings spoon by spoonful in oil at medium temperature by immersion until golden.
- Serve while still hot, it's delicious and you can enjoy the leftovers from the end of the year.
