Red Rice Chicken

Em uma tigela colocar o frango e temperar com o limão, os tres dentes de alho amassados e pimenta do reino. Reserve.

Place the chicken in a bowl and season with the lemon, the three crushed garlic cloves and black pepper. Reserve.

Cortar a cebola, os pimentões e o tomate em cubos grandes. 
Na panela com fundo alto, colocar um fio de azeite e os frangos para dourar.
Acrescentar o restante do alho amassado e a cebola para dourar tbm. 

Cut the onion, peppers and tomato into large cubes.
In a pan with a high bottom, put a drizzle of olive oil and the chickens to brown.
Add the rest of the crushed garlic and the onion to brown too.

Adicionar o arroz e fritar um pouco. E acrescentar o tomate e os pimentões. Revogar um pouco.  E por último colocar a água para cozinhar o arroz. Coloque um pouco de sal e açafrão e misture bem. Deixe cozinhar. 


Add rice and fry a little. And add the tomatoes and peppers. Revoke a little. And lastly put the water to cook the rice. Add some salt and turmeric and mix well. Let it cook.


Obs: Coloquei primeiro 4 xic. de água e depois fui colocando as outras aos poucos até cozinhar.

Note: I put 4 xic first. of water and then I put the others little by little until cooking.
